Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
